THE VISION

'Reviving the past,
Re-imagining the future'

Reminiscing History is an ongoing series of illustrations that deepen a viewer’s curiosity about ruins.
The soul concept is based on transcending the ruins of broken monuments to their actual existence in time through graphics and imagery. Many monuments all over the world are destroyed or ruined by natural and manmade causes. This moment brings back the memories of those and their victorious history.
The re-interpretation is based on actual available evidence and literature available about that monument.
The product of this analysis is in the form of universal graphic illustrations, allowing innovation without strangulating the continuity of tradition.
Its Reminiscence can give us the actual impact of this iceberg in a digital format.

Ar. Parnavi Bangar
I’m Parnavi Shrikant Bangar, an architecture graduate with a certificate course in conservation. My journey began during my thesis in Hampi, where the ruins sparked a curiosity that soon turned into a passion. I found myself completing these broken monuments, and I’ve never stopped since.

I founded Reminiscing History as a way to give form to that vision.

What began as a personal exploration has now grown into a larger mission. I am a TEDx speaker at MIT-WPU, was featured in a news segment by ETV Telangana, participated in the exhibition Living Temple by Ekachitra, and was recognised at the WADE Awards for Women in Architecture.

Through Reminiscing History, I continue to explore how art, research, and technology can come together to make heritage more accessible, engaging, and alive. While also taking up conservation, architecture, documentation, and publication projects to support the neglected heritage of our country.
